Just like the current of the river flowing in front of us, we like to think of the Chiusina as a living, constantly moving element.
That is why, alongside the classic restaurant proposal, our Special Events are born during the year: themed evenings, unusual menus, different atmospheres than usual. Occasions when we change pace and tell our cuisine from a different perspective.
Promotions, on the other hand, are an invitation to return: small privileges, dedicated conditions or experiences designed for those who want to experience Chiusina in a new way.
So that every visit can have something different and you one more reason to come back to visit.

Holiday Tables
In December, on eight selected evenings (3,4,5,11,12,17,18,19) three Holiday Tables per evening will be available, for a total of 24 tables.
Each table corresponds to a box on our Advent calendar.
By reserving one of the Holiday Tables, your dinner will be paired with a numbered bag with a gift inside that has already been assigned to that specific box.

Golden Table
Choosing our Golden Table means guaranteeing an extremely exclusive to refined experience.
You will be reserved our best table with a dedicated mise en place that will make you stand out from all the other tables.
You will be able to do what no other table in the room is allowed to do: combine the freedom of an a la carte choice with the variety of a tasting menu by building a 4-course Pathway plus dessert following your tastes and needs by drawing from the dishes on our menu.
We only provide one Golden Table for each evening, which then becomes the perfect choice for impressing, celebrating special occasions or spending moments you want to make unforgettable.
An exclusive course that will be sewn to you like the finest of dresses.
The Golden Table experience is offered at a price of €130 per person (excluding wines).
Mystery Champagne
The experience on the most Instagrammed river of summer 2025 is back by popular demand for summer 2026.

A THOUSAND AND ONE NIGHTS
The magic of La Chiusina and Regia Rosetta Royal Rooms come together to create a super exclusive experience perfect for those who are not content and want the ultimate in romance, in a refined, elegant and private setting.
"A Thousand and One Nights" includes dinner at the Chiusina with the exclusive Golden Table experience followed by an overnight stay with breakfast in one of Regia Rosetta's Suites with Private Spa located on the upper floor of the property.
The experience is available exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays (and holidays and pre-holidays) consistent with the availability of both facilities and is offered at a total price of 490€.
SIGNATURE
Signature is born from deep sense of gratitude we feel for this rich and generous land that gives us wonderful raw materials that we, with respect and humility, work to achieve dishes that can excite you.
This experience represents the most intimate and identifying essence of our proposal.
The promotion includes our Currents Tasting Route (dedicated to the river) with three courses and dessert wine pairing “Terroir 5 Sorsi” at the price of 99€ per person instead of 125€ or, upon request, the 4-course menu with dessert and wine pairing “Terroir 6 sips” for 119€ instead of 150€

Romantic Escape
A dinner at our restaurant alone is worth the trip, but if you add to it an overnight stay in one of Regia Rosetta Royal Rooms' wonderful suites with private spa then it becomes an unmissable occasion.
Our Romantic Escape experience will put you back at peace with the world and make you look at everything from a better perspective.
This experience includes dinner for two with the Duet Composition at our restaurant and overnight stay with breakfast at Regia Rosetta at the special price of €349 total.
The promotion is valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) subject to availability at both facilities.
