We always recommend the online booking using the appropriate form.
The system is easy, fast and safe and allows you to book at any time seven days a week.
It is also possible to make a reservation by sending an email to prenotazioni@lachiusina.it or by calling 0452456814.
La Chiusina is a small restaurant with very few tables each of which is valuable and essential to us; for this reason and to protect our work to make a reservation in the services with the highest attendance or for exclusive experiences is requested a credit card to warranty.
There is no prepayment or charge of any kind at the time of booking.

Reservation Policy
Booking Confirmation
Your reservation will be considered valid only after receiving the relevant confirmation that will be sent to you with a whatsapp message and an email (if any); check that you have received it and if not, contact us.
DATA SECURITY
In case you have been asked for a credit card to guarantee your reservation the data management and security is entrusted to Stripe a leading European company in electronic payments; Under no circumstances will restaurant staff have access to it.
CANCELING A RESERVATION
In case your reservation is guaranteed by credit card is possible Cancel it free of charge up to 12 hours before the agreed arrival time.
For cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, in the event that we couldn't reassign your table, we reserve the right to charge a 50€ penalty for each booked seat and then cancelled.

MODIFY A RESERVATION
In case the reservation is guaranteed by credit card, the changes that reduce the number of place settings or provide for a change of date are only possible Up to 12 hours before the time of confirmed arrival; beyond this deadline, in the event that we are unable to reallocate the remaining vacancies, we reserve the right to apply a 50€ penalty For each blanket cancelled.
Compatible with our availability it will be possible to add more place settings even on short notice.
FAILURE TO SHOW
In the event of a no-show (No Show), a charge is made for a 50€ penalty for each reserved cover charge.
Table assignment
In order to ensure accurate and timely service, we welcome a limited number of guests per reservation time.
The allocation of tables primarily follows the service needs, then the reservation order and finally, when possible, your possible requests.
Duration of the experience
Depending on the menu or route chosen, the duration of the experience usually varies About one and a half to two and a half hours.
Booking at 7:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. on Saturday and to the 12:00 and 12:15 p.m. to Sunday you will be assigned a table that provides a second service and a maximum occupancy time (2 hours); in these time slots the tasting routes are not available.
Informed and informed choice
With the reservation and arrival at the table, we consider the guest to have acknowledged of our offer and have consciously chosen to live the experience we propose.
In case, once settled in, guests decide, for whatever reason, to vacate the table without placing an order, a contribution of 25 € per person; this amount does not represent a penalty, but a fair reimbursement that goes to cover in small part the costs incurred in hosting but especially goes to compensate for the disservice resulting from the inability (working almost exclusively by reservation) to make again available the table in a timely manner.

Terrace reservations
Reservations on the terrace are not guaranteed in case of adverse weather conditions or that our staff, for whatever reason, deems ineligible for service outside. We will try to reassigning tables in the indoor hall, but should this prove impossible due to the maximum number of guests being reached, the reservation may be cancelled even on short notice.
DELAYS
Punctuality is an indispensable element that enables us to offer our guests attentive, prompt and professional service.
All reservations are Valid up to 20 min after the agreed arrival timeatOr, in any case no later than 2:10 p.m. at lunch and 9:40 p.m. at dinner
For delays of more than 20 minutes, if no notice is given, table availability is not guaranteed.
Gift Card Usage
To use a Gift Card, you must make an online reservation by following the specific directions.
You can use our Gift Cards Tuesday through Friday for dinner and Saturday for lunch (excluding holidays and pre-holidays).
On Saturday evenings, Sunday lunchtimes, and generally on holidays and pre-holidays we only accept Gift Cards from Regia Rosetta guests.
We accept a limited number of Gift Card reservations for each service.

Guided Tours
Tasting menu of 4 or 5 predefined courses (including dessert) that are served the same for the entire table.
Free compositions
Free "a la carte" choice of two or three courses (excluding dessert) at a fixed price.
There is no traditional a la carte proposal so the choice of single course is not covered except for children under 12 years old.
INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES

We do not guarantee that we can meet your needs in case of failure or delay in reporting Of the same.
CAKES
Cakes ( minimum for 6 persons) will be prepared by our kitchen only upon request with a minimum of 7 days notice and consistent with service and kitchen needs.
The price will be agreed upon based on your requests.

Groups, children and animals
GROUPS
The size of the venue does not make us suitable for hosting large groups.
We accept reservations for a maximum of 6 people; any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by contacting us via email or phone.
It is possible to reserve the venue exclusively For small events and ceremonies from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 20 people.
CHILDREN
The small size and type of offerings make La Chiusina a restaurant recommended especially for an adult clientele and unsuitable for housing children and infants.
Should you nevertheless decide to bring your children with you, we inform you that we cannot accommodate strollers in the hall and we do not have high chairs.
The presence of children under the age of 12 should be reported when making a reservation in the appropriate field and considered in the total count of diners .
ANIMALS
Dogs are allowed only if they are of small size And well-behaved.
Their presence must be mandatorily reported at the time of booking; in case of failure to report, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation even upon your arrival.
In order to avoid unpleasant situations and ensure the peace of mind of all guests We accept a maximum of two dogs per service.
